
Bio
Emily Nothnagle is a first-year MSW-PhD student in the College of Social Work. A graduate of The Ohio State University, Emily earned a BS in Psychology, a BA in Music, and a BA in Anthropology while serving as a three-time captain of the championship varsity pistol team. As a former Ohio State student-athlete, Emily is passionate about destigmatizing mental health and promoting wellness in the athletic community. Prior to her graduate studies, Emily worked for LiFEsports at The Ohio State University as a Research Management Associate where she collaborated on the Coach Beyond initiative to deliver coach trainings across the state of Ohio. Emily’s research experience includes both qualitative and quantitative studies, and she is excited to continue to grow these areas.
