Nathan serves as the Research Administration Management Associate to Dr. Shannon Jarrott, Director of Faculty Development at The Ohio State University’s College of Social Work. In this role, he supports faculty success through administrative coordination, data management, and event planning. He also contributes to Dr. Jarrott’s intergenerational research project, BRIDGE2Health (B2H), which aims to strengthen social and life skills among teens and older adults through shared mentoring experiences.

In addition, Nathan serves as the Programs Coordinator for the Center for Intergenerational Research and Practice (CIRP). The center is dedicated to bridging the gap between intergenerational research and practice. In this capacity, he coordinates events and helps develop resources that support collaboration between researchers and practitioners.
