Bio

Amy Prigge, associate director of marketing and communications strategy, is responsible for the vision and strategic leadership of the communications and marketing efforts within the College of Social Work. Prigge is developing a communications plan, in coordination with the college’s strategic plan, with a goal of increasing the presence, impact, and ultimately national rankings of the college. Working with college leadership, she focuses on prioritizing goals for social media, media, print, and all communication outlets. Prigge ensures university brand alignment, analyzes data, and implements changes based on outcomes as well as establishes and implements processes and procedures to increase efficiencies within the communications team. Prior to joining the Ohio State University in 2023, she served at Ohio Northern University and Bowling Green State University for 25 years; she has previous professional experience in the arts and health care.
