Elizabeth joins the Higher Education Center for Alcohol and Drug Misuse Prevention and Recovery as a Traffic Safety Specialist. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Boise State University and her Master of Public Health from Boise State University where she served as a Health Educator in the Wellness Office managing substance misuse prevention programs and peer education. She is a Certified Health Education Specialist.
