Assistant Clinical Professor Kelley Breidigan MSW, LISW-S has worked in the behavioral health community as a master’s level social worker. She has worked extensively with individuals and families in various treatment settings, including the juvenile justice system and residential treatment. More recently, she works in private practice specializing in strengths-based psychotherapies with clients experiencing mental and behavioral health conditions. Kelley values building rapport with clients and supports them in finding the best treatment based on their needs and goals. She has post graduate training in Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Strengths-based Supervision among other treatment modalities. Kelley is also certified as a Telebehavioral Health specialist and uses this service delivery method regularly with clients.

Before joining the College of Social Work as a clinical faculty member, Kelley taught at the college for twelve years as a Senior Community Lecturer. In this role, she regularly collaborated with faculty and educational design teams to develop curriculum for clinical courses. Breidigan also conductedcommunity trainings and public relations interviews for the college.
