Art of Hosting Conversations That Matter Training: Engaging with Purpose

December 7, 2023 @ 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Learn and apply authentic, innovative and impactful techniques to consider how we engage more purposefully within our OSU communities as well as with our external communities.

The Art of Hosting Conversations That Matter is a suite of simple yet powerful approaches for designing and hosting/facilitating conversations, engagement processes and meetings. This approach offers innovative and effective ways to harness the collective wisdom of groups and invites participants to co-create new perspectives in ways that value all voices equally.

If this intrigues you, please join us to learn and explore the following methodologies to engage yourself and others in making change in our organizations and communities:

  • World Café
  • Open Space
  • Circle
  • Appreciative inquiry and reflective listening

In addition, you will connect with experienced Ohio State practitioners and learn how they bring Art of Hosting to classrooms, meetings, and other areas of their work.
