The CSW Student Support Team supports College of Social Work students to ensure they are prepared to be leaders and practitioners who enhance individual and community well-being, celebrate difference, and promote social and economic justice for vulnerable populations. The CSW Student Support Team collaborates with students, instructors, and program offices to build strengths and resolve challenges that students may encounter as they progress toward the completion of their social work program.

As an online student, I remember thinking that there was always something I could be working on. After a few semesters of this, I realized that I needed to prioritize rest, and for me that looked like setting aside a day of rest per week where I didn’t do any schoolwork.
Getting outside, changing my environment even if for 10 minutes, was often a perfect reset to help my brain pause before starting back into work. A quick walk around the block does wonders!
