Are discounts available for CE courses?
If you are eligible, please contact the appropriate office for the code:
- Agency/Organization bulk enrollment discount through purchase order: cswce@osu.edu
- 5-9 participants = 5%
- 10-14 participants = 10%
- 15-19 participants = 15%
- 20+ participants = 20%
- Current CSW students and those who have graduated within the last year will receive a 30% discount
- CSW Undergraduate Program Office: bssw@osu.edu
- CSW Graduate Program Office: msw@osu.edu
- Field Instructors who house CSW students for field placement will receive fee waivers

I am not licensed with CSWMFT or CDP, can I still attend your trainings?
Courses are available for anyone seeking continuing education units or professional development. Our target audience includes human service and behavioral health professionals. Participants should consult their licensing board regarding applicability.
What do I do if I didn’t receive my CE certificate?
Certificates are emailed within 7 business days after all requirements are met. Contact cswce@osu.edu if you did not receive yours.
How do I get my certificate for a self-paced training I completed?
Self-paced or asynchronous training certificates will be available for download in your learner portal after your evaluation survey is completed. Please allow 1 business day after completing the training. If you need additional support, contact continuinged@osu.edu.
Can I get a copy of a certificate from a past training I completed?
If you need a copy of a certificate from a past training, please visit CE Certificate Request.
Why can’t I access my training after registering for a self-paced course?
The online system is managed by the Office of Professional and Continuing Education. Please allow up to 24 hours after registering to access your training in Canvas. If issues persist, contact continuinged@osu.edu.
If you are looking for CEs that our office is not accredited to offer such as through nursing, health education, or psychology we encourage you to reach out to your state board for approvals. They may ask for the training description, objectives, and other information to support their decision. If you need more information other than what is available to assist with board approval, please let our office know and we will try to help as best as possible at cswce@osu.edu.
Can I share my Zoom link or use someone else’s Zoom link for a virtual training?
No. Each participant receives a unique Zoom link used to verify attendance. Shared or reused links cannot be verified and credit will not be given.
