HOW DO I ENROLL IN A TRAINING?
Visit our training calendar and click the training on the calendar that you are interested in attending. All of our registrations are processed electronically. Payment is due upon registration. If paying by check or purchase order, select the corresponding option upon registration and we will follow up with you to confirm your payment arrangement.
I’M INTERESTED IN PRESENTING A TRAINING. WHAT’S NEXT?
If you have strong expertise in emerging issues and are skilled in areas that would benefit Social Workers, Counselors, and Marriage and Family Therapists, as well as Prevention and Treatment Professionals, we would like to hear from you. Please complete our presenter application form and we will follow up with you to begin the training scheduling process.
HOW MANY CEs ARE AWARDED FOR EACH TRAINING?
CE hours are based on clock hours for related content and are equal to the number of hours that the participants are face-to-face in a 60-minute hour. Major breaks, meals (unless content is covered during the meal, example: keynote address), and networking time will not count in the total hours. Programs must be a minimum of one (1) training clock hour and hours can be given in quarter-hour increments after the first hour.
WHEN AND HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY CERTIFICATE?
In most cases certificates will be available to download electronically immediately following completion of the training evaluation, which is generally sent to participants within 1-2 business days after a training end date. Exceptions may include, but are not limited to, certificate programs, wherein hard copy certificates are mailed out to participants after the program has concluded, and large training events (more than 50 participants) that require additional processing time. HOW DO I KNOW WHAT TRAININGS ARE BEING OFFERED?
All trainings are posted on our training calendar which is updated regularly. We also send out a quarterly newsletter that provides updated programming information. If you would like to subscribe to our newsletter, please scroll to the bottom of our training calendar and enter your email in the corresponding section.
WHAT IF I HAVE TO CANCEL MY ENROLLMENT IN A TRAINING?
We understand that things may come up that require you to cancel your registration. We have done our best to enact a fees, refund, & cancellation policy that is both fair to you and to our presenters. If you have any questions or concerns, please email us at email@example.com.
