Congratulations to staff member Javier Negrete Jr for his recent appointment to the Institute for Educational Leadership Education’s (IEL) Education Policy Fellowship Program (EPFP)TM Community Schools Cohort.

Congratulations to Teri Kinsway, school social work program coordinator, who recently interviewed with Spectrum TV about kids returning to school after summer break. Kinsway discussed routines and other tips for a smooth transition.

Congratulations to Cindy Clouner who recently received the State Visionary Award from the Ohio Prevention Professional’s Association (OPPA). Clouner was honored for her work to advance prevention across the state and serves as the managing director of the Higher Education Center for Alcohol and Drug Misuse Prevention and Recovery (HECAOD).

This award is annually given by the Ohio State University Administrative Professionals (OSUAP) to two staff members, one from the university and one from the medical center. Luttrell currently serves as the executive assistant to Dean David Jenkins.

Congratulations to Theresa Hazelwood, MSW program director, who has been recognized by Ohio State’s University Staff Advisory Committee (USAC) for her many contributions to the university.
