For many, the most wonderful time of the year — Thanksgiving to New Year — can also be the most stressful time of the year. Dealing with new family dynamics, a change in traditions, broken family ties and heightened political tensions can take their toll on what’s intended to be a joyful, reflective time. Not to mention the financial pressures, now exasperated with the recent government shutdown and interruption to SNAP benefits.
