New Strategic Plan Created

The process to complete our next Strategic Plan was a tremendous opportunity for the college to share ideas, to establish pathways toward continued success and to cohesively solidify a vision guiding us to 2027.

This collective effort also resulted in a new vision statement for our college. Our vision statement offers an inspirational declaration of the important work we do nestled against the vulnerable human emotions we encounter as social workers.

Amplify. Advocate. Change.

Three simple, yet powerful, words embody the world-changing work that we strive to achieve as a college and calls upon each of us to give voice to those marginalized populations we serve. These words define our commitment to dedicating ourselves to making a real difference and continuing our social work legacy by addressing the pressing challenges of today’s changing society.

Embrace these words and to find ways to incorporate their meaning as part of the work you do.
