This training will provide ideas for building rapport and creating an environment that communicates “GLBT Af-firmative” even before the client discloses the presenting problem. An overview of the issues faced by clients who are struggling with a GLBT identity and practical approaches to use when assisting clients as they navigate through life issues will be addressed.
