Refund and Cancellation Policy

Because our trainings require advance planning, we have adopted a more stringent refund policy. All payments received by The Ohio State University, College of Social Work, Office of Continuing Education, to cover the cost of your enrollment in the training are subject to the program's refund policy:

Cancellation requests must be received via email or phone. If you cancel your registration, all payments received by the Office of Continuing Education by the date of your request are subject to the following policy:

• For requests received by CSW, Office of Continuing Education ten business days prior to training/event, 100 percent of your total payments, less a $25 processing fee, will be refunded.
• For requests received by CSW, Office of Continuing Education less than five business days, 50 percent of your total payment will be refunded.
• Any cancellation prior to the scheduled training is eligible for a transfer to another date during the same calendar year.
• For no-calls, no-shows prior to the training date - there will be no refund or transfer.
  

If you decide to cancel your registration, email your request to the attention of Chrissy Gilbert at: conted@osu.edu. or contact us at 614-292-7686.  Once your request has been received, you will be notified by the Office of Continuing Education of our receipt of your request.
