FEES:
Fee varies depending on number of clock hours and early or late registration deadlines. Walk-ins are discouraged due to the possibility of cancellation. Early registration for a three clock-hour event is $55 - Late registration for three clock-hour is $75. Early registration for a six clock-hour event is $115 - Late registration is $135.
STUDENT RATES:
College of Social Work student rates may vary dependent upon training, box lunch and content information. Cost per trainings for students are noted on the registration form and seats may be limited.
METHODS OF PAYMENT:
Check or money order payable to "OSU", Visa or MasterCard or Fee Waivers issued by the College of Social Work, Office of Field Education. If payment is covered by your agency, please indicate on fax or email if your agency will be paying by Purchase Order (include PO number), Check or Fee Waiver.

OSU Social Work Alumni Society members are eligible for a 25% discount on trainings when payment is made in full at time of registration.
