All MSW students in field practicum, except those who have an LSW, are required to obtain a Social Work Trainee License (SWT). The application for the Social Work Trainee License can be found on the Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage & Family Therapist Board website at
http://www.cswmft.ohio.gov/swlicen.stm.
The application process also requires a background check and fingerprinting. The Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage & Family Therapist Board has instructions on how to obtain a "WebCheck" at
