Fitts, Ph.D., LISW-S, has worked in a variety of fields including family therapy, developing training programs for non-profit organizations and has held teaching positions for the last eight years at Cuyahoga Community College, The Ohio State University, and currently is a visiting professor at Cleveland State. Her area of study is the resiliency and retention of social workers in our profession. Charlene Nevil-English, LISW-S, LICDC, has taught a number of social work classes for both The Ohio State University and Ohio University. She has served as the Early Childhood Programs Manager for Directions for Youth & Families, Clinical Supervisor of Adolescent Services for Maryhaven and is currently the Director of Clinical Services for Consolidated Care, Inc.
