Pre-registration fee, disounts and schedule:

Fee varies depending on number of clock hours. We assess additional fees for registrations mailed or faxed 14 days prior to training and for walk-ins. Half-day schedule: Starting and ending times are noted with program information.

Methods of payment

Methods of payment are: check or money order payable to "OSU", Visa/Master card or fee waiver issued by the College of Social Work Office of Field Education. If payment is covered by the agency, please include either Purchase Order number or check with the registration form. Our Federal ID Number is 31-6025986.

Discounts

OSU Social Work Alumni Society members with paid membership through July 2008, are eligible for a 15% discount on trainings when payment is received paid in full with registration. This discount does not apply to social work alumni who have membership with the university Alumni Association only. Refund Policies

Refund policy for those who pay by check, money order, or Visa/Master Card: Cancellations must be received in writing

within 14 calendar days of a training to receive a full refund, 13 to 7 calendar days the participant will receive a refund less

a $25 cancellation fee.  If cancellation is received less than 6 calendar days prior to training, no refund can be made,

however, you may transfer registration to another training contingent upon seating availability.

Registrants who fail to cancel or transfer prior to the training date may not transfer to another training.

Refund Policy for College issued fee waivers: Neither refund nor transfer is permitted to another training. However, the

authorized agency's educational coordinator may notify the Office of Continuing Education of a substitute participant for

a previously registered employee.

Cancellation Policy

We reserve the right to cancel any program because of low enrollment , presenter illness or inclement weather. If we cancel a workshop due to presenter illness or inclement weather, every effort will be made to reschedule the workshop to accommodate registrants or a refund will be made in full. We will make every effort to notify registrants by phone or E-mail of such cancellations.

Special Accommodations

Please notify the Office of Continuing Education at 614-292-0398 at least two weeks before the workshop, if special accommodations are needed. Please be advised, a 48 hour notice of cancellation is advised.

Parking

Visitor parking during the hours of 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM is available at the Ohio Union Parking Garage ("C") , 1780 North High Street (1/10 mile south of 15th and High Street).A parking token will be issued at the end of the workshop session to all paid registrants to waive parking costs.

Registrants who attend training after 4 PM or SATURDAY only may park in the Arps Parking Garage ("B"), 1990 College Road, (garage nearest to Stillman Hall ).
