• Pay forward.  Five dollars of your membership will be diverted to the Alumni Scholarship Fund, which awards one undergraduate and one master level student at the College Scholarship Luncheon annually.

• Receive invitations to alumni events such as Picnic at the Pops, baseball games, the Alumni Reunion Weekend events, the annual football tailgate and game, and the annual Alumni Dinner when we honor distinguished alumni.  As a CSW Society member and an OSU Association member, you receive first priority in purchasing two football tickets to the game held during the Reunion Weekend through the Society.  Alumni who are CSW Society members only receive second priority when purchasing tickets to annual Reunion Weekend football event.  This year's Reunion Weekend and football game will be September 11-13, 2009. OSU will play USC Sept. 12.

• Receive 25% discount on College sponsored continuing education trainings when payment is received paid in full with registration. 

• Receive annual and quarterly newsletters:  CSW Alumni Link newsletter (hard copy) and quarterly electronic newsletter, CSW e-Link;  quarterly electronic college newsletter, Pipeline; and,  quarterly electronic Association newsletter, Connection.

• Lead the way and become the power to help support social work and social workers:  Far too often, people undervalue social workers and our contributions to society.  It is up to us, the social workers, to lead the way, to show how much we value our profession and put our money, our time and our talents towards supporting social work and social workers.

The CSW Alumni Society invites all social work alumni and students who are our future alumni to join our Facebook group.
