Associate Professor, Syracuse University College of Human Services;  Principal Investigator of a large training grant to promote healthy marriage and family formation; former Principal graduate investigator in the evaluation of the statewide Rites of Passage (RITES) Program for adolescent African American males; former Treatment Foster Care Supervisor, Search Light C.A.R.E, Inc; former Group Facilitator, Lutheran Social Services; worked as a Family Practitioner, Treatment Foster Care Program, Hannah Neil Center for Children and as a Counselor, Columbus Area Community Mental Health Center.
